Not Getting Any Better

I just can't seem to get the hang of keeping this updated. I did want to mention that we successfully found Baby of Dream's lost paperclip. Well, I found it. After two diaper dives, The Husband refused to continue looking. Wimp. He saved me one diaper for when I got home from work and luckily I found it about two days after it disappeared. Baby of Dreams has had multiple bruises and two cut lips since then. We have a wild woman on our hands.

Baby of Dreams is officially walking, as of about two weeks ago. Last week she walked and crawled and this week she prefers to walk. I think she will be running next week. She is so stinken cute because she is so small.

On the not so fun side, my mom called today to tell me that one of my cousins had passed away last night. This was a cousin that I grew up with and was closer to then others. I am really going to miss her. It is odd for me to realize that I will never see her again in this life. The only other thing I can think of to say is how grateful I am for the gospel. My cousin wasn't active in the church when she passed away and now she can learn everything. And she is lucky because she gets to see our grandfather now. I will miss her greatly, but I will see her again.
I found an article about her death, online. Very surreal.

  3. I'm sorry for the loss of your family member. What a blessing it is to have the gospel and to know that there is more to everything than just this life. Good luck with your sweet one walking. It's amazing what all they can get into once they're walking. YIKES!
